A visit to the MET & Museum of Natural History

I recently got back from a truly awesome 10 days in probably the greatest city in the world, New York. As you can probably imagine, the days were filled with photographing, sightseeing, shopping, eating, and more than anything, walking.

In those 10 days I also visited the MET and the Museum of Natural History, both amongst the greatest museums in the world. Both different and incredible experiences (giving the edge to the MET though, less children running all over the place) that one can easily lose hours to taking in everything they both have to offer.

As you can imagine, they also offer a wealth of photographic opportunities, which I managed to document a bit of and can be viewed in the gallery below. This post is really just a small part of what they offer, and I really (really) recommend visiting both museums if you're traveling to, or living already, in New York.

While it really doesn't do the museums the full justice they deserve, I hope you enjoy the gallery.

As for the rest of my images from my trip, they will be coming in separate posts in the near future. I literally have hundreds of images to go through, but am looking really forward to sharing them very soon. In the meantime, some images can be viewed on my 500px.
